I liked the idea of being able to sell my home because nobody knows their home better than the one who lives in it. The showing was all on our terms and scaled to fit our very busy schedule.
Even though there was some confusion with the property description and the flyers, we were able to accept an offer after only two weeks of showing the house. Thank you for the assistance. It made it easier. |

Dear Casa by Owner, Please take our house off the website (325 Purple Hills)or at least put SOLD on it. The deal has closed, it's all over with, we received our money and we are now in Tennessee! Thanks for all your help. We're still getting lots of calls! I wish we would have had TWO houses to see! |

Casa By Owner is the BEST way to go! We had an accepted contract after 4 hours of listing! The only BAD thing about Casa By Owner..is that they are not located where we are moving!..YET ! |
